Why an owner, not an agency
I'm Scott. I own six storage facilities. This started as fixing my own problem.
My family operates six self-storage facilities across Minnesota and Wisconsin — small-town facilities in places like Hackensack, Keewatin, Park Rapids, Eagle River, Bovey, and New Richmond. The same kind of facility you probably run.
When I finally dug into why our phones weren't ringing, what I found made me sick: a directory listing with the wrong phone number. A "Rent Now" button pointed at the wrong facility. Websites that didn't show up on page one — even in towns of 1,000 people. Old duplicate websites confusing Google. Money leaking out of holes nobody had ever looked for.
So I learned how to fix it. All of it — Google Business Profiles, directory cleanups, website repairs, review systems. Six facilities, top to bottom. Then I realized every independent owner has the same holes and the same two bad options: a marketing agency that charges $500+ a month forever and doesn't know a roll-up door from a swing door — or ignoring it while the REITs take your tenants.
So here's the third option: an owner who's done it, does it for you, once, at a fixed price, and shows you everything. No subscriptions. No contracts. No jargon.
